Think Call of Duty is getting tired? Activision doesn't, and with good reason. Call of Duty: Black Ops alone has sold some 15 million copies in the period between January 2010 and September 2011, which is more than twice as the next runner-up (via Gamasutra).

The NPD data was released as part of an earning reports from Ubisoft, which highlighted top selling titles Just Dance 2 and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Nintendo, meanwhile, can claim the only 2011 title on this list: Pokemon Black & White, which was released back in March.
